    French vanilla Cake

    French Vanilla Sponge Cake Mix

    Whole Wheat/Refined Flour

    Total Time:- 18-25 minutes

    Net Weight:- 150 grams

     

    Ingredients:-

    Refine flour/Whole wheat flour, Baking powder and soda, Sugar, Milk solids

    Recipe:-

    Supplies you need

    • 2 table spoon curd
    • 40ml Oil
    • 55ml water
    • 150gm cake mix

     

    Method 1 (Cooker):-

    Seive the cake mix, add all the above ingredients to it. Whip/mix till the batter is smooth. Preheat cooker for 5 min on medium frame. Grease the baking tin and then pour the batter slowly. Bake it for 20-25 min. Insert a toothpick to check if it comes out clean, else bake for few more minutes.

    Method 2 (Microwave):-

    Seive the cake mix, add all the above ingredients to a microwave safe container. Whip/mix till the batter is smooth. Microwave for 2.30 minutes.
