    Red Velvet Cake (Whole Wheat)

    Red Velvet Sponge Cake Mix

    Whole Wheat/Refined Flour

    Total Time:- 18-25 minutes

    Net Weight:- 150 grams

     

    Ingredients:-

    Whole wheat flour/refine flour, Baking powder and soda, Sugar, Cream powder and natural red colouring

     

    Recipe:-

    Supplies you need

    • 2 table spoon curd
    • 40ml Oil
    • 55ml water
    • 150gm cake mix

     

    Method:-

    Seive the cake mix, add all the above ingredients to it. Whip/mix till the batter is smooth. Preheat oven to 180C. Grease the baking tin and then pour the batter slowly. Bake it for 20-25 min. Insert a toothpick to check if it comes out clean, else bake for few more minutes.

    Time would vary depending on oven.

    Can also be made in cooker.
