Shipping, Cancellation and Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-5 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery time is 5-8 working days, depending on your location and the courier service performance.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays once the package is handed over to the shipping company.
  • Tracking details will be shared via Email or WhatsApp after dispatch.

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

  • Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • You receive a damaged, broken, or wrong item.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
    • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
  • We offer a refund, exchange, or store credit after mutual agreement.
  • If you request a replacement:
    • You must ship the original product back to us at your own cost.
    • You will also bear the 2nd forward shipping charges for sending the replacement.

Refunds

  • If the product received is wrong or damaged, we will refund the full amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days to the original payment method or via UPI/Bank Transfer for COD orders.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Books, magazines, and clothing.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and personal care items.
  • Used products or items damaged after delivery, not due to our error.
  • Any product returned without prior communication.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

Important Points

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
  • If returning items above ₹1000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
